A new version of Christian Dior's men's fragrance Dior Homme Sport is expected to make its appearance on the market. Dior Homme Sport 2012 is a reformulated version of the masculine Dior Homme Sport from 2008 masterfully created by perfumer Francois Demachy this time with more elegant and richer floral powdery notes of iris.
Dior Homme Sport 2012 fragrance composition is a sporty woody greenish powdery scent, opening with accords of ginger and Sicilian citron. The masterfully recreated heart moves around Tuscany iris notes, giving the fragrance a vintage twist. The base is composed around powerful notes of Virginia cedar wood leading to a woody aromatic dry down.
Following the success of last year's ad campaign once again Jude Law is the face of the fragrance with the scene of the new ad captured at the French Riviera.
Dior Homme Sport 2012 by Christian Dior is available as 50ml and 100ml Eau de Toilette versions.

Absolute winner,dior played it right thanks to the iris note as it gives the perfume a warm heart character plus extreme elegance.The citrus was tuned off a little bit and the woody chracter has been enhanced with cedar,dior delivered the main component behind their success in original dior homme which was the iris note and let it play a true symphony in dior homme sport 2012,well done dior!

This stuff is SO GOOD. I have the original, and just recently got this; it is WAY more versatile and smoother than the original. Don't get me wrong, I'm still a huge fan of the original 2008 version, but this one is better by a long shot. It's so classy, and yet can be worn casually as well. This has got to be one of my favorite scents ever.

Beautiful fragrance, better than the original. The added iris and the smoother overall citrus make an incredibly well balanced fragrance.
