Utterly dazzling smooth, feminine and stylish. The lavender is contemporary and not cloying, that's a pro for me! and the delicate vanilla smooths it out perfectly. It's one of those perfumes you would like to maintain for moments to yourself and with the large price tag, wish it hardly ever runs out! Surely worth the cost for me!

This fragrance is a masterpiece. Where Chanel used an unpopular tissue to make Haute Couture, Jacques Polge used this less popular lavander to make a masterpiece. The delicate notes that evolves from one into another is so refined. No plastic to me, just pure delight.
You feel the tissue around your skin when you smell this work of art....

I received a sample of Jersey from a Chanel boutique.
I do not generally like lavender and my initial impression was skeptical. But, I sprayed a generous amount on my arm and the back of my neck. The lavender faded and left a beautiful, comfy scent. The next morning, I woke up and could still smell it. I was wondering what is smelling sooo good. It was the Jersey! I did not expect to like this at all. But, I love it! My hubby also likes it. He thought there might be sandalwood or something in it????

Absolutely gorgeous - soft, feminine and elegant. The lavender is modern and not cloying, not like ye-olde lavender (which is a relief!) and the subtle vanilla rounds it out nicely. It's one of those frangrances you want to keep for yourself and with the big price tag, hope it never runs out! Definitely worth the splurge.
