Carolina Herrera CH Men is definitely a work of art! I bought a 50ml bottle once being suggested by a buddy, when i tried in the shop it felt like an alright aroma. Though when i began using this i was totally hooked! It smells like leathery vanilla with a woody sensation to it, sweet but very masculine. I receive many kind comments using it particularly in the wintry months. When my 50ml bottle is gone I'll be replacing it with a super large 100ml bottle.. that's for sure!!

Finally got my 100ml bottle of CH Men and inaugurated it today!! Its quite rare in the high street stores here in London and I got it from the airport (London Gatwick) duty free store.
I LOVE this fragrance. Its sweet but masculine and classy. There is something almost "gourmand" about this scent. Can definitely smell the vanilla and burnt sugar at the end (almost like a pipe tobacco note)and it lasts about 7-8 hours on my skin. I must say I do not think I have smelt another similar fragrance. My wife nodded her head in approval when she sniffed it on my wrists.
There is this common debate, which is better:
CH Men or Chic for Men?? IMHO- CH Men is much better than Chic. I've got both right now...very pleased with this purchase.

Spicy, woodsy, leathery... and notes of florals. Just fantastic! A combination of oriental style accords (amber and vanilla) and fougere like in structure. CH Men makes for a rather unique scent. Similar to Guuci pour Homme II with a black tea spiciness combined with violet and like John Varvatos' vanilla and leather..

Nice fragrance with a very interesting "sugar" note that dominates the beginning. Slightly spicy, to me, CH Men smells a lot like the sweet sap you may find when cutting open a pine tree. This gives it a fresh air that allows the sugar to breathe without becoming cloying. Leather and woods in the base round it out, making CH Men a smooth fragrance that's a great option for a night out (though not out of place during the day.) I would recommend CH Men for any season except the summer. Longevity is decent and projection is on the stronger side of average. I find this one pretty unique, in that I don't own any other perfumes with such a pronounced and well-done sugar note. Definitely worth sniffing out.
